NUCLEAR POWER PLANT

LUXURY HOTEL – 8 Stories, 529 Units

  • Built in 1988, FL
  • Inspected, cleaned and restored over 3,000 LF of sovent sanitary stacks with minimal access and little or no interruption to guests.

HIGH RISE HOTEL – 24 Stories, 398 Units

  • Built in 1991, VA
  • Inspected, cleaned and restored over 5,300 LF of cast iron sovent sanitary riser stacks.

SKYSCRAPER – 55 Stories, 445 Units

  • Built in 2008, NJ
  • Inspected, cleaned and restored over 2,000 LF of sanitary sovent riser stacks.

HIGH RISE CONDOMINIUM – 4 Towers, 18.5 Stories, 836 Units

  • Built in 1980, FL
  • CIPP lining of 15,200 LF of sanitary riser stacks and underground mains approx. 1,000 LF, including bypass of an entire tower to service the underground.

HOSPITAL – 5 Stories, 583 Beds

  • 4 Interconnected Buildings, Built in 1973, FL
  • CIPP lining underground mains and laterals approx. 20,000 LF of piping, containment, surgery center, all while fully operational.

MEDICAL FACILITY – 85 Acers, 288 Beds

  • Built in 1993, FL
  • CIPP lining over 1,000 LF of kitchen sanitary underground 4” and 6” cast iron piping overnight.

MOBILE HOME PARK – 64 ACERS

MID-RISE CONDOMINIUM – 12 Stories, 255 Units

  • Built in 2005, Washington, DC
  • Inspected, cleaned and restored cast iron sanitary sovent riser stacks and upper floor unit laterals, (after several unsuccessful attempts by previous contractors).

HIGH RISE CONDOMINIUM, 16 Stories, 197 Units

  • Built in 2006, MD
  • Inspected, cleaned and restored over 2,500 LF of sanitary sovent riser piping.

BEACHFRONT HOTEL, 7 Stories, 177 Units

  • Built in 1982, FL
  • CIPP lining 35 sanitary riser stacks and underground mains approx. 4,000 LF of piping without stopping operation or removing guests.

HOUSING AUTHORITY – 4 Stories, 100 Units

  • Built in 1985, FL
  • CIPP lining underground plumbing approx. 1,500 LF of piping, including excavation on the interior to repair collapsed piping.

APARTMENT BUILDING – 7 Stories, 180 Units

  • Built in 1973, FL
  • CIPP lining sewer riser stacks, relining of approx. 3,300 LF of piping.

CONDOMINIUM – 8 Stories, 57 Units

  • Built in 1954, FL
  • CIPP lining and pipe replacement of 32 sanitary riser stacks and clean underground approx. 3,200 LF of piping.

BEACHFRONT HIGH RISE – 16 Stories, 125 Units

  • Built in 1976, FL
  • CIPP lining sanitary riser stacks and underground mains approx. 7,800 LF of piping to include utilities and extended bath branch laterals.

CONDOMINIUM – 7 Stories, 94 Units

  • Built in 1975, FL
  • CIPP lining 120 sanitary riser stacks and underground mains approx. 7,250 LF of piping, including excavation on the exterior of the buildings to repair broken piping.

VILLA COMMUNITY – 3 Stories, 264 Units

  • 12 Buildings, Built in 1970, FL
  • CIPP lining underground mains and laterals approx. 3,000 LF of piping

CO-OP BUILDING, 4 Stories, 160 Units

  • Built in 1973, FL
  • CIPP lining 72 sanitary riser stacks approx. 3,000 LF of 2” and 3” cast iron piping.

  • CIPP lining 109 sanitary riser stacks, rainwater leaders and underground mains approx. 4,500 LF of piping.

  • Inspected, cleaned and restored over 13,000 LF of cast iron sanitary sovent riser stacks and pipe replacement, (after several unsuccessful attempts by previous contractors).

  • CIPP lining underground storm piping over 1,000 LF of 42”, 30” and 24”.

MID-RISE CONDOMINIUM – (2) 12 Story, 100 Units

  • Built in 1968 & 1964, FL
  • CIPP lining 35 sanitary riser stacks and underground mains approx. 4,250 LF of piping, including repair to broken piping.

HIGH SCHOOL – 2 Buildings, 2 Stories

  • Built in 1953 & 1980, FL
  • CIPP lining underground plumbing approx. 1,500 LF of piping.

AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP – 3 Stories, 15 Acers

  • Built in 1972, FL
  • CIPP lining underground mains and laterals.

CORRECTIONAL FACILITY

  • Inspect, clean and line CIPP storm collection system.

PORT AUTHORITY

  • Cleaning of over 500 LF of bulk handling troths and close to 5,000 LF of 6” and 10” carrier pipes in a 100% dry containment.
