A campus runs on drainage that connects classroom buildings, dining halls, residence halls and athletic facilities, much of it underground and decades old. We inspect, clean and line your pipe in the windows your academic calendar allows, and we replace the sections that cannot be lined.
Estimates are free. Camera inspections may carry a charge.
About 1,500 feet of underground lining at a two-building Florida high school built in 1953 and 1980.
Main and lateral drain cleaning, desilting and camera inspection across the Ringling campus in Sarasota, in morning, daytime and evening windows.
Summer and holiday breaks are the windows for work inside classroom buildings, dining halls and residence halls, so the inspection and scope need to be finished before the break starts. During the term, we work in the windows your campus can give us. At the Ringling, we worked in morning, daytime and evening windows around the property’s requirements. Tell us your calendar when you first contact us, and we build the scope around it.
Campus sewers run long distances under lawns, walkways and roads, often in pipe as old as the first buildings. Cracks, roots and settled joints cause backups in the lowest building on the line. We line the suitable runs from manholes and cleanouts.
Food-service lines load the campus sewer with grease that hardens downstream. We clean and inspect them, and line the corroded sections where your pipe wall can still carry a liner. Our restaurant and grease storage page covers kitchen lines in detail.
A residence hall stack serves the same bathroom position on every floor and runs hard every morning and night. We clean, inspect and line those stacks during breaks. Our apartment building page explains riser work in occupied housing.
Sediment and debris reduce storm capacity and cause ponding at inlets. We desilt and camera-inspect the lines, then line the runs that need it.
The footage gives your facilities team a building-by-building picture of what is failing.
Cleaning restores flow and gives a complete inspection.
Lining goes in from existing access, so less of your lawns, walkways and floors has to be opened.
Those sections cannot carry a liner, so we excavate and replace each one on its own.
The closeout footage goes into your facilities records.
The Ringling is the State Art Museum of Florida, administered by Florida State University. The campus includes the Circus Museum, the Tibbals Center, the Searing Building, the Art Museum, the Education Building and Ca’ d’Zan, and we scheduled the work in morning, daytime and evening windows around the property’s requirements.
The scope groups the work by building and by urgency, with a price for each phase, so the repair can follow your funding cycle.
