City halls, community centers, libraries and public housing built in past decades drain through cast iron and underground lines that are now scaling, cracking and failing at their fittings. We locate the damage with a camera, clean the line, restore suitable pipe from inside and show you the finished line on camera.
Estimates are free. Camera inspections may carry a charge.
A deteriorated cast-iron fitting found on camera, cleaned, repaired with a cured-in-place liner and confirmed by a final camera inspection.
Of main sewer cleaned and lined overnight at Orlando Family Center, a community center that stayed open during the day.
About 1,500 feet of underground lining for a four-story, 100-unit Florida housing authority property, with interior excavation where pipe had collapsed.
Fittings are often the first part of a cast-iron line to fail, because the flow changes direction there and the wall wears unevenly. At an unnamed city hall, our camera found a deteriorated cast-iron fitting, and we cleaned the line and repaired it with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP).
An odor in a lobby or meeting room usually means a cracked line, a failed joint or a dry trap is letting sewer gas through. At Orlando Family Center, vapor testing addressed reported sewer-gas concerns as part of the same repair program.
The building sewer under your slab and parking carries every fixture’s flow. We line the runs that can carry a liner and excavate only where pipe has collapsed, as on a housing authority property with interior excavation for its collapsed sections.
The footage locates the fitting, crack or offset behind the problem and shows how far the damage runs.
Cleaning removes scale and debris, so the repair goes onto a sound surface and the final inspection is complete.
CIPP restores sound pipe from inside. Collapsed sections are replaced, and so are cleanouts when the scope calls for it, as at Orlando Family Center, where we excavated and replaced the cleanouts.
Vapor testing helps show where gas is escaping, so the repair covers the source.
The closeout footage confirms the repair and goes into your facility file.
When your building cannot close during the day, we can schedule overnight work, as we did at Orlando Family Center in 2013.
We cleaned and lined more than 300 feet of main sewer, excavated and replaced the cleanouts, and used vapor testing to address reported sewer-gas concerns.
The scope separates urgent sections from work that can follow, with a price for each, so the repair can be split between fiscal years when it has to be.
Storm drains, sewer mains and other public infrastructure are covered on our governmental structures page.
Yes, where your building needs it. Our Orlando Family Center repair was done overnight so the building could open each day. Tell us your public hours and events, and we plan around them.
We combine camera inspection with vapor testing to look for where gas is escaping, as at Orlando Family Center, then repair the line we find.
Yes. When your project has a specification, we price the work against it. When it does not, our inspection findings give your engineer a defined starting point.
