Property types we serve

We repair the sewer, stack and storm-drain pipes in the properties we serve across Florida.

From the Sovent risers of a 55-story New Jersey skyscraper to a 64-acre Florida mobile home park, we inspect, clean, line and replace the drainage pipes your property depends on. Choose your property type to see the problems we fix there, how we plan the work and the jobs on our record.

Estimates are free. Camera inspections may carry a charge.

We repair the stacks and sewers in buildings where people live.

Cracks and scale in a cast-iron vertical stack, shown in a sewer-camera view

We line the cast-iron risers and building sewers of occupied apartment buildings, riser by riser. Our record includes more than 4,000 feet of risers and underground pipe lined in a 13-story, 300-unit Florida building.

The 18-story Beach Club condominium tower in Naples, Florida

We give your board camera footage and a stack-by-stack scope it can budget, then restore the stacks that are suitable. Our Beach Club plan in Naples covers 69 sewer stacks in an occupied 18-story tower.

Cutaway of a cast-iron sanitary stack passing through two floor slabs, with a liner inside one section and a branch connection on each floor

We clean and restore vertical stacks and Sovent risers from the roof down, including more than 15,800 feet of Sovent risers in a 25- to 30-story tower.

A vertical stack with a continuous liner, shown in a sewer-camera view

We schedule each line with your staff, so residents know when their drains are out of service. In a six-story Jacksonville senior community, the inspection identified 19 of 40 stacks for rehabilitation, and the work used lining and partial replacement.

A cured-in-place liner inside a buried sewer pipe

We line the underground mains and laterals your park is responsible for, from manholes and cleanouts. Our record includes about 5,800 feet in a 64-acre Florida park.

Corrosion, cracking and roots inside a cast iron pipe before lining

We repair the cast-iron and under-slab sewer lines beneath your home, and we show you the footage before you approve the work.

We repair the drains that keep commercial properties open.

Cutaway of a three-story building with its sanitary stack, one lined section and the building drain under the slab

We line guest-tower stacks in phases planned around occupancy. In a seven-story Florida beachfront hotel, we lined 35 stacks while the hotel kept operating.

A hydro-jetter nozzle cutting thick grease from the wall of a cast-iron drain, shown in a sewer-camera view

We clear hardened grease from kitchen lines, inspect the lines on both sides of your interceptor and line corroded cast iron where its wall can still carry a liner.

Cutaway of a storm catch basin with sediment on its floor and a partly silted outlet pipe

We repair the shared sewer mains and parking-lot storm lines beneath your tenants, scheduled around your store hours.

Blue Works crew in hard hats and fall-protection harnesses at an open drain grate at the FPL industrial drain

We relined a damaged 24-inch industrial drain that was taking in sand and rock at an FPL facility in Florida.

We repair the pipes behind public and institutional buildings.

Cutaway of a three-story building showing its cast-iron sanitary stack, a lined section and the building drain under the slab

We plan containment and work windows to fit your pre-construction risk assessment. Our record includes about 20,000 feet of underground lining at a 583-bed Florida hospital that stayed in operation.

Courtyard of the Ringling Museum of Art in Sarasota, Florida

We schedule campus drainage work around your calendar, as we did with morning, daytime and evening windows at the Ringling in Sarasota.

A rusted cast-iron cross fitting with two holes corroded through its wall, lying on concrete

We find and repair failing cast-iron fittings and under-slab lines in city halls, community centers and public housing.

Cutaway of a storm catch basin under its grate, with the outlet pipe leaving through the side wall

We inspect, clean and line storm and sewer pipe for public agencies, including 42-, 30- and 24-inch storm pipe for a Department of Transportation project.

We show you what is failing inside your pipe before you approve a repair.

A camera crawler moving through a corroded buried sewer pipe

Your job starts the same way, whatever the building. We camera-inspect your line from existing access, clean it so the inspection is complete, and give you the footage with a written findings summary and a proposed repair scope.

Where your pipe is suitable, we restore it from inside with a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner, so less of your building has to be opened. When your pipe cannot be lined, we replace that section. After the repair, we camera-inspect the finished line.

Questions property owners ask before they call us.

Florida is our principal market, served from offices in Clearwater, Naples and Orlando. We also take on projects in California, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas, and we confirm fit, mobilization and scheduling for each one before we commit.

No. Lining needs a host pipe that can carry the liner and a layout we can reach. Collapse, failed pitch or fittings that a liner cannot pass through call for replacement, and our scope tells you which sections fall into each group.

There is no charge for an estimate. A camera inspection is field work with equipment and a written deliverable, so it may be priced separately, and we tell you that price before we schedule it.

Your name, email, phone number and a short description of the problem are enough to start. Plans, earlier inspection footage and access details help later, but you do not need them for the first call.
