Your residents live, eat and receive care in your building while we work, so the repair plan has to start with them. We inspect your stacks and sewer lines, line the sections that are suitable, replace the ones that are not, and schedule each line around your care routines.
Estimates are free. Camera inspections may carry a charge.
About 1,300 feet of pipe was involved in the combined inspection, cleaning and repair.
Before any line goes out of service, we map each stack to the apartments, bathrooms and kitchens it serves. Then we set work windows with your team around the routines your community runs on, and residents on each line are told the day it is out of service and for how long.
Your care team decides what each resident needs during the work. We build our schedule around those decisions and stage our equipment where your staff direct.
Communities built in past decades often drain through cast-iron stacks that scale up and corrode with age. A restriction low in a stack backs up into the lowest apartments on that line first. Our camera shows the floor where it sits and whether the stack can be lined.
Your kitchen serves three meals a day, and grease hardens in the lines downstream. We schedule that cleaning with your dining team and line the corroded sections where your pipe wall can still carry a liner.
A cracked line or open joint lets sewer gas reach common areas. We trace the source with a camera and, where needed, vapor testing, then repair that section.
Not every stack needs work, and the footage decides which ones do.
We choose the cleaning method for your pipe’s material and condition.
The liner goes in through roof and cleanout access and cures inside your stack, so fewer resident rooms have to be opened.
Collapsed sections and failed fittings are replaced inside the same work window where the layout allows.
Each line is back in use once its closeout footage confirms the repair.
The scope shows which stacks need work now, which can wait, the method for each and the rooms each line serves, so your owners and operators can plan the cost and your staff can plan the days.
We plan the work so residents can stay in their apartments wherever your stack layout allows. A resident’s bathroom or kitchen is out of service while the stack serving it is cleaned, lined and cured, and we tell you the timing for each line before work starts.
No. We line the stacks the inspection shows need work and that can carry a liner, and we replace the sections that cannot.
We can schedule kitchen lines between meals or overnight, as we did lining more than 1,000 feet of kitchen line overnight at a Florida medical campus.
Yes. Our hospitals and medical facilities page covers work inside operating healthcare buildings.
